GFP plays a significant role in cell biology and biotechnology. We generate the GFP-expressing monkey primary mammary microvascular endothelial cells from the normal mammary gland of cynomolgus monkey by the transfection process with GFP-lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom. When the cells are in passage 3, we harvest and transfer them into vials. You can expand them for 3-5 passages in a suitable medium.
