GFP-expressing epithelial cells are an important source to generate immortalized cells. Based on this fact, Creative Biolabs produces the immortalized GFP-expressing bronchial epithelial cells from cynomolgus monkeys according to the standard immortalization protocol of over-expressing certain virus genes. These cells at passage 3 are harvested in vials and can be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs. These products possess great potential in various cell biology research.
