GFP-expressing epithelial cells are an important source to generate immortalized cells. Based on this fact, Creative Biolabs produces the immortalized GFP-expressing dermal epithelial cells from cynomolgus monkeys according to the standard immortalization protocol of over-expressing certain virus genes. In passage 3, these cells are harvested in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a suitable medium. These products possess great potential in various cell biology research.
