Immortalized GFP Expressing Monkey Primary Carotid Artery Endothelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX533)

• At Creative Biolabs, we generate a lot of immortalized GFP-expressing primary endothelial cells, such as the ones from the normal carotid artery of cynomolgus monkeys. In passage 3, these cells are harvested in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a suitable medium. They are produced by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes in a standard sterility environment and are easy to access by sending an inquiry.
