GFP-expressing epithelial cells are an important source to generate immortalized cells. Based on this fact, Creative Biolabs produces the immortalized GFP-expressing esophageal epithelial cells from cynomolgus monkeys according to the standard immortalization protocol of over-expressing certain virus genes. We collect these cells in vials from a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask when they are in the third passage. You can rethaw them in a proper time and expand them at a split ratio of 1:2 for more than ten passages by our specified culture condition. These products possess great potential in various cell biology research.
