We have successfully built the immortalized GFP-expressing monkey kidney epithelial cells through the common immortalization method of over-expressing certain virus genes. We collect these cells in vials from a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask when they are in the third passage. You can rethaw them in a proper time and expand them at a split ratio of 1:2 for more than ten passages by our specified culture condition. They are negative for common miscellaneous bacteria and help your project achieve more rapid success.
