Some are derived from cynomolgus monkeys' carotid artery tissues by the common immortalization method of over-expressing certain virus genes. When growing to the third passage in flasks, these cells are harvested in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under our specified condition.
