We have successfully built the immortalized monkey coronary artery SMCs through the common immortalization method of over-expressing certain virus genes. When growing to the third passage in flasks, these cells are harvested in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under our specified condition. They are negative for common miscellaneous bacteria and help your project achieve more rapid success.
