We have successfully built the immortalized monkey pulmonary vein SMCs through the common immortalization method of over-expressing certain virus genes. We prepare these cells from fresh tissues and culture them in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage. Then we collect them in vials so that our customers can thaw and expand them for specific applications. They are negative for common miscellaneous bacteria and help your project achieve more rapid success.
