Luciferase is famous and has become a powerful tool in biology due to its nature as a bioluminescence protein. Our luciferase-expressing primary monkey pancreatic epithelial cells are prepared from the normal pancreas by transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. We inoculate these cells in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask and culture them until passage 3. Then we transfer and cryo-preserve them into vials so that you thaw and expand them conveniently for your research. They are easy to access for every customer by sending an inquiry to us.
