Luciferase Expressing Monkey Primary Skeletal Muscle Cells (NHFF-1123-HX333)

At Creative Biolabs, we have made many efforts in developing luciferase-expressing monkey primary cells. At present, our luciferase-expressing monkey skeletal muscle cells from the normal skeletal muscle tissue are on sale. These cells are inoculated in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask and grow until the third passage. Then they are collected in vials and can be expanded for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 for subsequent applications. They are derived from the transduction with the luciferase lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom and are suitable for many similar applications to fluorescent proteins.
