Separation Principle:
A combination of biotin-conjugated antibodies and anti-biotin microbeads is employed for the indirect magnetic labeling of non-CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells. Thus, a high level of purity in untouched T cells can be isolated by depleting the magnetically labeled non-CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells.
