CD16 is prominently present in the majority of Rhesus NK cells and a specific subset of monocytes. Creative Biolabs has designed CD16 microbeads for effectively isolating or depleting NK cells from Rhesus monkey PBMCs. To enhance the separation process, the depletion of monocytes can be carried out beforehand using CD56 microbeads or CD14 microbeads, as appropriate.
