Organoid-Optimized Basement Membrane Matrix is a specialized natural matrix derived from mouse tumors, validated to support the growth and differentiation of various organoids. Rich in essential extracellular matrix proteins, it provides the necessary structural architecture and biochemical cues to facilitate the formation of complex, physiological 3D organoid structures in vitro.

Precautions
1. Thaw on ice at 4°C. Aliquot and store frozen. 2. Use pre-chilled consumables. 3. Do not hold containers in hands to avoid warming. If gelling occurs, re-liquefy at 0-4°C for 1-2 hours. 4. Color differences are normal due to phenol red chemistry. 5. For research applications only. 6. Wear gloves and a lab coat.
