iPSC-Qualified Basement Membrane Matrix is a soluble extract from mouse tumor basement membranes, rigorously tested for human embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) maintenance. It provides a biologically active scaffold containing Laminin and Collagen IV, ensuring long-term self-renewal and pluripotency of stem cells in feeder-free culture conditions.

Precautions
1. Thaw in ice at 4°C. Aliquot and keep frozen. 2. Pre-cool all materials to prevent premature gelation. 3. Prevent heat transfer from hands. If the product solidifies, place at 0-4°C for 1-2 hours. 4. Color variation is inherent to the buffer system and does not compromise the matrix. 5. Designed for R&D use only. 6.
