Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate extracted from horseshoe crab contains factor C pathway which reacts to endotoxin and factor G pathway which reacts to (1,3)-beta-D-Glucan. For endotoxin testing, Creative Biolabs presents our premium line of Endotoxin-Specific Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate (LAL). By integrating a beta-Glucan inhibitor directly into our master-mix formulation, it only reacts with endotoxin but not beta-glucan. The reagents are available in an ultra-precise range of sensitivities (0.03 EU/mL, 0.06 EU/mL, 0.125 EU/mL, 0.25 EU/mL and 0.5 EU/mL). This formulation is engineered exclusively for high-stakes quality control, raw material screening and final batch release testing. Our Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate is manufactured to ensure unmatched batch-to-batch consistency.
