This product is an antibody that was generated by immunizing rabbit against a peptide located in the 2nd cytoplasmic domain of GPR61 (Human). It is used only in in vitro assays.
Introduction:
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPCR GPR61 is a member of this family (subfamily Orphan-A). It has been reported to be expressed in several regions of brain, including caudate, putamen, and thalamus.
