- This product is an antibody that was generated by immunizing rabbit against a portion of amino acids 300-350 of human RNF174. It is used only in in vitro assays.
Detailed Product Description
- Introduction: MARCH4 is a multi-pass membrane protein mainly found in the membrane of Golgi apparatus. It is a complex enzyme with a RING-CH-type zinc finger. It acts as a ubiquitin-protein ligase mainly involved in third step of ubiquitin conjugation. The RINGv-type zinc finger domain is required for E3 ligase activity in which the E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase mediates ubiquitination of MHC-I and CD4, and promote their subsequent endocytosis and sorting to lysosomes via multivesicular bodies. It is mainly expressed in brain and placenta.
