RFP plays a significant role in cell biology and biotechnology. We generate the RFP-expressing monkey primary intestinal mesenteric vascular endothelial cells from the normal intestine of cynomolgus monkey by the transfection process with RFP-lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom. They are collected in passage 3 and can be expanded to 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under suitable cultivation conditions.
