It is well-known that RFP has promoted a lot of biological research progress over the decades. We isolate the RFP-expressing monkey fibroblasts from the normal mammary gland. These high-quality cell samples are obtained by the classic process of transfection with RFP-lentiviral particles. They are collected in passage 3 and can be expanded to 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under suitable cultivation conditions.
