1. Keep the product on ice in a 4°C refrigerator to thaw. Aliquot immediately after thawing and refreeze. 2. Use pre-cooled tips and tubes to avoid gelling. 3. Avoid warming the container with your hands. If the matrix semi-solidifies, return it to 0-4°C for 1-2 hours to restore fluidity. 4. Variations in color (straw yellow to dark red) are expected due to the pH indicator (phenol red) interacting with CO2 and do not impact performance. 5. For research use only. 6.
