This product is an antibody that was generated by immunizing rabbit against a peptide located in the C-Terminal domain of GPR21 (Human). It is used only in in vitro assays.

Introduction: Human follicle stimulating hormone is a glycoprotein produced from urine of post-menopausal women and having a total molecular mass of 35,500 Dalton. HuFSH is a heterodimeric hormone consisting of 165 amino acids a chain (non-active) and 115 amino acids b chain (active). HuFSH induces maturation of Graafian follicles of the ovary, promotes development of germinal cells in males and activates cytosolic tyrosine kinase. The HuFSH is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
