The CD8 microbead kit of Creative Biolabs was developed to help the positive selection or depletion process of CD8⁺ cells from Rhesus monkey PBMCs.

For the development of an in vitro viral suppression assay and investigation of T lymphocyte subset responsiveness to vaccine regimens.

Background Information:
CD8 is expressed on Rhesus monkey cytotoxic T cells as well as on a subset of NK cells. The CD8 microbead kit consists of a monoclonal CD8 antibody conjugated to phycoerythrin (CD8-PE) and anti-PE microbeads.
