This ADC product is comprised of an anti-human IgG Fab-specific polyclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to MMAF.The antibody portion is a secondary antibody. Monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) is a cytotoxic small molecule which inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin.
