NAA and Hematological Diseases

Hematologic diseases are disorders that primarily affect the blood or blood-forming organs. Many factors can cause hematologic diseases including genetic defects, virus infection, and hematological malignancies, while immune hematological diseases account for a considerable proportion. Hematologic diseases usually cause the change of natural autoantibody (NAA) which can act as functional biomarkers in the diagnosis of hematologic diseases. As an advanced biotech company, Creative Biolabs established various NAA products and launched related one-stop services. Our technical scientists can shorten development time as well as provide highly stable and qualified services for our clients all over the world.

Introduction of Hematologic Diseases

Hematological diseases are a kind of disease that the constituents of blood have been changed by a diverse range of conditions. Hematologic diseases include rare genetic disorders, anemia, HIV, sickle cell disease, and complications from chemotherapy or transfusions. Therefore, hematological diseases can be roughly divided into four categories based on symptoms and pathology: 1) Myeloid disorders including hemoglobinopathies, anemias, myeloproliferative disorders, coagulopathies, and decreased numbers of cells; 2) Hematological malignancies including lymphomas, myelomas, and leukemias increased WBC; 3) hematological changes secondary to non-hematological disorders including anemia of chronic disease, infectious mononucleosis, AIDS, malaria, and leishmaniasis; and 4) other hematological diseases such as hemochromatosis, asplenia, hypersplenism, monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, and tempi syndrome.

Hematological Diseases and NAA

Natural autoantibodies (NAA) are autoreactive antibodies that arise independently of antigenic or mitogenic stimulation and can be detected in the sera of healthy humans and animals. NAAs are the first line of the organism's defense, which participate in many physiological processes, including the "support" of the immune system and homeostasis, the prevention of inflammation, infections, and other pathological states, such as autoimmune and cardiovascular diseases, or the process of carcinogenesis. Therefore, NAA plays the role of protector contributing to the treatment of hematological diseases and the level of NAA in serum reflects the progression of diseases directly. Moreover, NAA can act as a biomarker in the diagnosis and monitoring of prognostic progress. Recent research has shown that NAA and NAA B cells can suppress autoimmune diseases and suggest several potential mechanisms, which offer novel approaches in the treatment of hematological diseases.

Features of Our Services

Creative Biolabs has been long-term devoted to the development of therapeutics antibodies for over a decade, and we are able to provide mature NAA services associated with all kinds of hematological diseases based on our established platforms and skilled scientists. Our group is confident in offering the best and most suitable services to meet your demands for antibody-related services, which are efficient and cost-effectively. Moreover, we also provide various NAA detection kits covering most of the common target NAA which has been regarded as powerful tools in the diagnosis and treatments.
