We
are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Principal Scientist to lead
a research group focused on the discovery and development of novel antibody
drugs.
This is a hand-on role, where the successful candidate should lead the efforts in planning and performing scientific experiments, which may include cell culture, gene cloning, antibody engineering and humanization, and generation of expression plasmids.
Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer therapeutic antibodies using structure based engineering and other emerging technologies.
Ensure timely delivery of antibody products.
Interpret and analyze the activity data to design further experiments.
Work closely with fellow scientists to develop innovate therapeutics.
Assist in lab management and actively participate, advise, and present findings to team members.
Basic Qualifications
Advanced degree in cellular and molecular biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields.
A minimum two years of relevant industrial experience.
Experienced in lead antibody generation using single cell screening, hybridoma, and display technologies.
Ability to work independently and within multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
