Exosomal RNA Isolation and qPCR Analysis Services

Exosomes are small vesicles produced by cells that contain a variety of molecules, including proteins, lipids, and RNA. Exosomal RNA is important for understanding the biology of the cell and can be used to identify biomarkers for disease diagnosis. Creative Biolabs provides comprehensive exosomal RNA isolation and qPCR analysis services. Our team of experienced scientists has the expertise and resources to provide high-quality exosomal RNA analysis services and results.

Exosomal RNA Overview

Exosomal RNAs are released by cells along with exosomes. They are detected in exosomes of body fluid and tissue origin and can mediate the exchange of information and metabolic activities. Exosomal RNA is capable of containing replicative information which can act as a stable cellular messaging bearer. Its presence in body fluids and its mission of propagation make it a priority in clinical practice. The characterization and quantification of exosomal RNA can be used for genomic studies, transcriptomic, epigenetic, and marker studies in cancer and other diseases.

Analysis of Exosomal RNA by qPCR

qPCR is a technique used to measure and compare the levels of exosomal RNA in a sample. It is a powerful tool to study the expression and function of exosomes in many complex biological systems. qPCR is used to detect and quantify the content of exosomal RNA in a sample, and has many advantages over conventional methods such as Northern Blotting and Reverse transcription PCR. qPCR is very sensitive and can amplify even small amounts of exosomal material present in a sample. It also allows for rapid quantification of exosomal RNA molecules, allowing researchers to better understand the biological significance of this important class of molecules. Additionally, qPCR has been performed to study the molecular differences in the RNA composition of exosomes, as well as to measure their functional impact on various biological processes.

Exosomal RNA isolation and qPCR at Creative Biolabs

Our procedure for qPCR analysis of exosomal RNA includes:

  • Isolation of exosomes from a variety of sample types and then, a combination of techniques is used to isolate total exosomal RNA, including ultracentrifugation, solvent extraction, and magnetic bead separation.
  • Purification of total RNA using rigorous quality control protocols.
  • cDNA synthesis from total RNA.
  • qPCR analysis of target genes using appropriate primers.
  • Comprehensive data analysis, bioinformatics, and data interpretation.

We understand the uniqueness of each project's exosome sample depending on a variety of factors such as its source type and extraction method. We have accumulated insight into the selection of internal and external parameters in exosome RNA analysis, using suitable reference genes according to different experimental systems. This meets the high agreement between sequencing data and PCR results, while greatly improving the reproducibility of PCR results. Additionally, we are equipped with the current hot technology, known as digital PCR, which significantly improves the specificity and sensitivity of analyzing exosomal RNA while saving sample usage.
