In Vitro-Transcribed (IVT) CAR

As one of the most promising adoptive immunotherapy for cancer, CAR-T therapy has achieved good therapeutic efficacy in antitumor therapy. However, due to current CAR T cell engineering is usually mediated via viral vectors that induce permanent CAR expression, there are safety concerns of permanent mutagenesis. In order to circumvent risk, in vitro-transcribed (IVT)-mRNA-mediated transfection is an attractive tool for rapid, facile, and safe CAR production.
