Premade Phage Display Antibody Library Screening for Exosome

Exosomes are suggested to play a role in physiological functions such as intercellular communication and in the spread of various diseases such as cancer. Since they are accessible in most biofluids, such as blood, urine, and saliva, exosomes emerge as promising tools for diagnostics, which offers a non-invasive and remote access to the molecular state of the disease. According to the needs of our clients, Creative Biolabs can now identify and screen exosomes with pre-defined characteristics and properties using the premade phage display antibody library.

Premade Phage Display Antibody Library

Phage display offers the ability to screen a huge diversity of antibodies against a defined antigen to generate target specific, high-affinity antibodies. Especially, premade phage display antibody library has good developability, large capacity and diversity and it is highly efficient and robust. Thus, premade phage antibody library screening has been regarded as an all-powerful solution to various therapeutic/diagnostic antibody development programs. The scientific team of Creative Biolabs consists of several experts in establishing premade phage display antibody libraries and has the leverage of experience in the provision of services for antibody discovery and screening.

Premade Phage Display Antibody Library Screening for Exosome

Exosomes are small endocytic membrane-derived vesicles about 30~150 nm in diameter, which are actively secreted by exocytosis in most living cells. Exosomes carry various molecular components of their original cells, including lipids, proteins, mRNAs, and microRNAs (miRNAs). Antibodies are an important tool for basic research and for the development of diagnostic tests and therapeutics for a variety of human diseases. Antibodies targeting exosome-associated antigens contribute to the characterization and/or quantification of exosomes in cells, tissues or other biological samples. Exosome marker antibodies will further facilitate the understanding of the dynamics of exosomes.
