Integrative Workflow for Protein Fold Recognition

Our protein folding recognition service can be achieved by an integrated workflow: i) building a structural template database/library, ii) querying sequences of unknown structures that gradually replace sequences of known protein structures in the library, and iii) align the target sequence with each structure template by optimizing the designed scoring function until the best fit is found. Based on 3D structural information, our methods also provide additional information that allows these structural models to be used downstream of computers or experimental work such as protein engineering and drug design.
