CD5 mAb (VTJ-ZP26122) B Cell Engineering Specific Plasmid (CAT#: BGS-0624-CR5163)

This product is is a B cell engineering plasmid designed by genomic integration of B cell receptors (lacZ-SV40-Sec/SPIII-CD79β-CD28-GST) and CRISPR-Cas (SaCas9-ssRNA-HD/Cas3-NNGRRT-Wap) systems. This product can precisely introduce cassettes of several kb size into the genome of various B cells to enhance surface expression and antigen recognition of a synthetic BCRs.
