    With our end-to-end B cell engineering platform, Creative Biolabs harnesses a combination of B cell engineering technologies and genome editing to help us design, build, and test the next generation of B cell engineering cassette tools at an extraordinary scale.

    The unique potential of B cells in gene therapy lies in their ability to secrete abundant proteins such as antibodies and persist as plasma cells. Here, Creative Biolabs provides a range of optimized cassettes for modifying human B cells. Normally, our product production process involves B cell enrichment, activation, amplification, and electroporation of CRISPR/Cas9 reagents. In our labs, B cell delivery is performed approximately 3-4 days after stimulation, with peak expression observed on days 7-9 post-stimulation. Through our B cell engineering cassette, we enable rapid and precise targeting of genes related to B cell function and achieve protein knockouts effectively. Currently, we can expand the total number of cultured B cells by over tenfold while achieving a knockout rate exceeding 60% and site-specific integration frequency as high as 20%.
