    Relying on a strong gene editing and B cell therapy research and development platform, Creative Biolabs has independently developed a series of virus packaging systems, including but not limited to, lentivirus (LV), adenovirus (ADV), and adeno-associated virus (AAV), which can provide customers with high-quality viral vectors specific for B-cell engineering.

    Currently, we have developed a high-throughput virus packaging platform that utilizes automated instrumentation and a rich gene editing library, like CRISPR/Cas9, to achieve more efficient B cell modification solutions with delivery as fast as 3-4 weeks and a virus titer of > 106 IFU/mL. Moreover, we are committed to quality control testing of all samples, including p24 titer testing and mycoplasma testing.

    Service Procedures

    In Creative Biolabs, our previous work has focused on editing primary human B cells, and then using viral vectors to express specific monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) to mature them into B cells in vitro. Our CRISPR/Cas9 technology system can greatly improve the editing efficiency of B cells, which can reach more than 60%. In addition, we continue to explore virus packaging types and combine them with CRISPR/Cas9 systems to develop more efficient DNA template donors.

    If the customer possesses the target gene, we can provide the corresponding plasmid or bacterial solution upon request.

    Please provide us with information regarding the target gene, including its name, species, sequence, and gene ID. Additionally, inform us about any specific requirements for promoters and marker genes, gene editing, and b cell engineering.

    ✩ Product delivery

    Normally, for lentivirus delivery, we will send a total of 1×108 TU with a titer greater than 1×108 TU/mL. Adenovirus delivery includes a total of 1×1010 PFU with a titer greater than 1×1010 PFU/mL. An equal amount of negative control will be provided as well. For other types of virus delivery, you can further contact us for consultation.

    Customers will receive a virus packaging report containing experimental data such as sequencing reports, virus identification data, titer determination reports, and detailed experimental data on vector construction.
