  • In Vivo Survival Assessment Service
    We assess cell expansion and plasmablast formation following genome engineering and in vitro differentiation. In the BAFF-edited plasma cells, the increase of cell number, viability, and percentage of CD19lowCD38high plasmablasts can be observed. After the generation of gene-edited B cells, immunodeficient NOD/SCID/gamma-c null (NSG) mice will be used for survival assessment. Edited cells will be differentiated into plasma cells in vitro and adoptively transferred into NSG mice via intravenous infusion. We are experts in survival assessment in vivo.   • Functional Assessment Service
    In order to assess the functionality of engineered B cells, fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) will be applied.

If it is a therapeutic antibody to be engineered, whether it is a functional monoclonal antibody or not will be assessed by FACS.
