CFDP1 mAb (LPC-61755) B Cell Engineering Specific Plasmid (CAT#: BGS-0624-CR6180)

This product is is a B cell engineering plasmid designed by genomic integration of B cell receptors (Luc-CBA-Tat/SPI-CD79α-CD28-Myc) and CRISPR-Cas (Cas13a (C2c2)-ssRNA-HD/Cas10-NNNNGATT-attP) systems. This product can precisely introduce cassettes of several kb size into the genome of various B cells to enhance surface expression and antigen recognition of a synthetic BCRs.
