NAPA mAb (BIWJN-067Y5) B Cell Engineering Specific Plasmid (CAT#: BGS-0624-CR3622)

This product is is a B cell engineering plasmid designed by genomic integration of B cell receptors (GFP-CBh-Tat/SPI-CD79α-CD28-Myc) and CRISPR-Cas (NmCas9-ssRNA-HD/Cas10-5' AT-rich PAM-ROSA26) systems. This product can precisely introduce cassettes of several kb size into the genome of various B cells to enhance surface expression and antigen recognition of a synthetic BCRs.
