Usage StatementEach lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA applications, a concentration range of 6 - 10 µg/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Additionally, BioLegend recommends the usage of Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS), pH = 7.2 for all washes and incubations, except substrate buffer. Do not use PBS as results may vary dramatically.
