Creative Biolabs’ preclinical PK/PD group is responsible for evaluating preclinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics properties of therapeutic proteins/peptides and monoclonal antibodies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategy and Sales Manager to strengthen our preclinical PK/PD efforts. This position is the primary point of contact for our customers. The focus of this position is to provide comprehensive consulting services, acquire new clients, and maintain relationships with acquired clients. In addition, the candidate needs to work with lab leaders to continuously update offerings and develop sales strategies to drive growth for the PK/PD contract service business.
This position requires rich experience in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics assessment. The platform technical lead needs to be familiar with most processes of preclinical PK/PD analysis, and have experience in PK/PD project design, experimental team formation, and laboratory management. The candidate will help Creative Biolabs expand the PK/PD assessment contract business. Excellent communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, decision making, negotiation, and influencing skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and manage complex projects are required.
This role will provide operational and project management support for the preclinical PK/PD group in the company and during external partnering events. This position plays an important role in the full lifecycle of preclinical PK/PD development from researching, tracking, and creating new opportunities and building relationships with current/potential clients and strategic partners, providing them with effective solutions, supervising the project progress, and managing records and data documents.
This position is mainly responsible for laboratory research and contract research of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics assessment projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in the assessment of PK/PD or drug discovery. The job requires the incumbent to plan and prepare for experimental studies, maintain detailed records of daily work, and effectively communicate results with the research group.
The research associate will be responsible for the production of recombinant proteins, and play a critical role in the discovery/development of novel molecular reagents. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of lab manager in the antibody field. The successful individual will be responsible for managing and developing lab staff to ensure the effective operation of the antibody lab, devising, and implementing strategies to resolve process improvement issues, and collaborating with other operators to assure efficient and accurate sample handling that meets client needs.
