Overview

BALB/C Mouse Bladder Total Protein Lysate is prepared from freshly dissected bladder tissues of healthy BALB/C mice. Tissue is homogenized in a modified protein lysis buffer containing seven protease inhibitors to prevent degradation. The protein extract is obtained from cytoplasmic, membrane, and nuclear proteins. The quality of the protein is confirmed by denatured SDS-PAGE with Coomassie blue staining. Protein integrity is further validated by immunoblotting with a specific β-actin antibody.
