This product is a B cell engineering plasmid designed by genomic integration of B cell receptors (Luc-EFS-Sec/SPIII-CD79α-CD28-HA) and CRISPR-Cas (NmCas9-ssRNA-NNGRRT-Wap) systems. This product can precisely introduce cassettes of several kb size into the genome of various B cells to enhance surface expression and antigen recognition of a synthetic BCRs.
