PRODUCT INFORMATION
Description
FFAGLDD TFA is a peptide substrate (Phe-Phe-Ala-Gly-Leu-Asp-Asp) that is selectively cleaved by matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) at the Gly-Leu bond. It is frequently used as an enzyme-responsive linker in systems designed for the controlled cytosolic delivery and release of molecular payloads, such as fluorescent dyes or small molecules, in MMP9-rich in vitro environments.
