Product details

Lysate Type
Tissue lysate
Preparation Method
Tissues are processed in a protein lysis buffer that includes a combination of six protease inhibitors, specifically designed to reduce proteolytic degradation. Then the homogenized sample is accurately quantified.
Quality Control
The degradation, clarity and resolution of the protein bands, and protein integrity were assessed using SDS-PAGE, Coomassie blue staining, and immunoblotting.
Applications
Suitable for a series of applications, such as Western blotting, SDS-PAGE, immunoprecipitation, enzymatic activity assay, protein-protein interaction, and more.

Storage and shipping

Storage
Stored at -80°C
Shipping
Dry ice.

FAQs

  1. Is the lysate derived from a single donor or is it a pooled sample?
