GFP Expressing C57BL/6 Mouse Cardiac Microvascular Primary Endothelial Cells (CAT#: DBFF-1123-HX1708)

Overview

At Creative Biolabs, we isolate GFP-expressing C57BL/6 mouse cardiac microvascular primary endothelial cells from the heart tissue of C57BL/6 mice and culture them into passages 2-3. Then these cells are collected into vials and will be ready to ship in a cryopreserved form. We have assessed the quality of these cells and ensured they will stably produce bright green fluorescence when exposed to blue light.
