With excellent expert teams and rich experience in antibody discovery of membrane protein, Creative Biolabs has proudly serviced numerous worldwide customers and established good relations of cooperation. With non-stop efforts to serve our clients, now, we offer cutting-edge service to produce anti-membrane protein antibody by dendritic cells as immunogen format. This is a world-leading anti-membrane protein antibody production technology with antigens presented on the surface of dendritic cells. Our service would contribute to the growing interest in targeting membrane proteins as therapeutic targets with antibodies.
Dendritic cells are a heterogeneous population of antigen-presenting cells that have crucial roles in promoting both pro- and anti-inflammatory immune responses. They are necessary for activation of naive T cells. Dendritic cells present antigen to both helper and cytotoxic T cells. They can also perform cross-presentation, a process by which they present exogenous antigen on MHC class I molecules to cytotoxic T cells. Cross-presentation allows for the activation of these T cells. Meanwhile, dendritic cells also play a role in peripheral tolerance, which contributes to prevention of auto-immune disease. With membrane proteins over-expression in dendritic cells, membrane proteins are on the cell surface as the same in other mammalian cell lines. They fold to their native structure conformation in native membrane environment. It has been successfully applied to mice immune process with several GPCR members.
