Recombinant Human Anti-SIRPα x Anti-MUC1 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem scFv)  (CAT#: KN-1025-N32)

Recombinant Anti-SIRPα x Anti-MUC1 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem scFv) is designed to be expressed as a scFv from an anti-SIRPα antibody variable domains fused with a scFv from an anti-MUC1 antibody variable domains. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The BsAb exits as monomer in reducing and non-reducing conditions. This BsAb can retarget macrophages to MUC1+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Pancreatic cancer; Ovarian cancer; Breast cancer; Bile duct cancer (BDC) therapy.
