Anti-IGF2R x Anti-MET Bispecific aptamer (DNA/DNA) consists of an anti-CD44 DNA aptamer and an anti-MET DNA aptamer. It has 1+1 antigen-binding valency for IGF2R and MET respectively. This bispecific aptamer (BsApt) can lead MET to lysosomes for degradation. It is designed for the research of targeted protein degradation, and targeted cancer therapy further.
