Breast cancer (BC) is a female malignant tumor with a high incidence worldwide. As a result of the limitations of the current models, human understanding of BC development and its regulation by multiple factors is still not deep and comprehensive enough in terms of the molecular and cellular levels. Thus, it is important to establish a reliable model that can represent how these factors influence BC development. Creative Biolabs has made much effort in this regard and is committed to providing high-quality 3D organoids including normal breast organoid models for worldwide customers.
Generally speaking, the construction process of breast organoids from normal breast or tumor tissue is semblable. In most cases, the whole protocol is as follows.

Recently, applications of 3D organoid cultures have been expanded to breast disease research. Together with patient-derived organoids, normal breast organoids play a role in BC research and have shown many advantages.
Studies have found that normal breast organoids possess a multipurpose nature, in particular for studying the development of the mammary gland. Combined with advanced gene editing technology, they can be used in disease modeling. Additionally, such organoids show great potential to conduct drug efficacy assessment and have been frequently utilized to examine factors that are related to signaling transduction, gene expression, and tissue remodeling.
Over the years, Creative Biolabs has focused on the development of 3D organoid models and have developed a series of 3D organoid models including normal breast organoids. These reliable and high-quality products have attracted a stable and increasingly expanded group of customers, which give us more confidence and motivation to go far in this 3D biology field. Besides, in order to ensure customers to get a better product experience, we also provide high-customized technical services to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
