PRODUCT INFORMATION
Description
This product is one of the most widely used amine-reactive fluorescent labels. The N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester reacts efficiently with primary amines (lysines) at pH 7.0-9.0 to form stable amide bonds. It covalently attaches the bright, photostable, green-fluorescent FAM dye to proteins, peptides, or amine-modified DNA. It is a staple for fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and immunoassays.
