Recombinant Anti-MUC1 x Anti-CD2 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for MUC1 and a central site for CD2. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Breast cancer; Bile duct cancer (BDC) therapy.
