Recombinant Anti-CD16 x Anti-GD2 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-VHH format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a VHH region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The VHH of the anti-GD2 specificity is fused to the anti-CD16 heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Neuroblastoma; Osteosarcoma; Melanoma; Solid tumors therapy.
